I am sorry I can’t recall all the people I dealt with (a telephone conversation, a visit to the showroom and taking delivery) but I was amazed at the service which included personal next day delivery service to the Hunter Valley. Never had that before. The filter was easy to install and I can’t detect much drop in the water flow at all. One of the cells leaked initially but it was a crimped O ring which was easily fixed.
Very happy, and I hope to get some more units subject to my current trial.
